Crypto users are receiving an unexpected benefit on their daily purchases this week. During the so-called Black Friday Week, holders of a popular crypto debit card can get up to 12% cashback on their spending. This applies not only to electronics but also to restaurants, clothing, and travel.
For example, if you buy AirPods for €239 at Coolblue or Mediamarkt with the card, you would get nearly €30 (12%) back in crypto at no extra cost.
Cashback Friday for Crypto Spenders #
The promotion is part of the “Cashback Friday” campaign, where users of the free Bybit crypto debit card are temporarily rewarded with extra benefits. Anyone who makes purchases with their card this week will receive up to 12% of the amount paid back in crypto, including Bitcoin or XRP. The cashback is automatically paid out to your Bybit account and can be used freely.
Works Like a Regular Debit Card #
The crypto debit card operates on the Mastercard network and can be used at over 90 million stores worldwide. Think of supermarkets, gas stations, Bol.com, HEMA, Thuisbezorgd, and even streaming services like Netflix and Spotify. You don’t need to convert your crypto first: the card does it automatically at checkout.
Users can choose to receive their cashback in Bitcoin, XRP, Ethereum, or other supported cryptocurrencies.
Why Crypto Users Are Joining #
Due to the high cashback percentages, the card has become an alternative for many users to traditional payment cards. Especially around Black Friday, when spending increases, the benefit can add up significantly. For instance, a €200 purchase would yield €24 in crypto, credited back to your account.
The card is available for free through Bybit. The promotion runs until December 3, with the best rewards reserved for the first 10,000 applicants.
